Here We Grow Again!

Over the years, the growth in our company has been extraordinary. In the beginning we started with only 2 sales people and now have over 150 agents in our Joplin, Carthage, Neosho and Pittsburg offices.

Since then, we've added many real estate services. There is a mortgage division, First Home Mortgage. We have a well respected Commercial Division for all your commercial real estate needs. There is a construction and design company at your service, which has become the leading custom builder in the area over the last 25 years.

We have expanded into the title business. CB Title started their services in 2009 and is located at 1010 East 20th Street in Joplin. We appreciate working with all of the realtors and lenders in our area. We offer flexible closing hours to fit your needs.
